- IOSH Managing Safely. This IOSH accredited course is specifically designed to allow your managers to meet your legal obligations and implement management systems. The course focuses on hazards, risk assessment and control systems and is suitable for all managers or supervisors and those with specific health and safety responsibilities. On completion of the course delegates will be able to undertake risk assessments, understand the key elements of a safety management system, understand the economic, legal and moral benefits of managing safely and recognise where shortfalls are occurring.
- IOSH Directing Safely. The course is run in accordance with the requirements of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) and is moderated by them. On successful completion of the course assessment and project an IOSH certificate is issued to attendees. Ideal for directors and those with managerial or supervisory responsibilities.
- IOSH Working Safely. Suitable for all employees as either induction training or refresher training. Useful for identifying the common hazards in the workplace and recognising the associated risks. Those successfully completing a final assessment are awarded an IOSH certificate.
- Asbestos Management. An outline of the new asbestos management regulations and understanding of surveys and registers.
- Health and Safety Auditors. Training employees to audit the health and safety arrangements of your company.
- Display Screen Assessors. Outline of the Display Screen Equipment (DSE) regulations and a practical workshop demonstrating DSE assessments. Aim to provide an in-house competent assessor.
- Fire Safety
o Fire Wardens and Marshals o General Fire Safety
- Manual Handling. General manual handling training for all employees or for those with management responsibilities.
- Risk Assessors. The training of suitable employees in general risk assessments and the management of the assessments.
- Safety Committees and Safety Representatives. Training those appointed or elected to represent employees on matters of health and safety.
- Food Safety. Training to Basic, Intermediate or Advanced Level. (A requirement of the Food Safety Regulations).
- First Aid. The training is provided by an HSE recognised trainer offering a full range of first aid training courses.
- Property Management. A range of courses designed to provide training to Property Managers, Building Managers and support staff.
